Shipping policy

Eastline Performance (“we”, “us”, or “our”) processes and ships all orders in the order they are received. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms:

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Custom, fabricated, powder-coated, or made-to-order items may require additional processing time.

  • We will notify you if any delays occur.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

  • We ship using standard, ground, or freight carriers depending on the size and weight of the order.

  • Delivery times vary by carrier and destination; once the item is shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.

  • Tracking information will be provided when available.

Shipping Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

  • We are not liable for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product.

  • Lost or missing shipments must be reported within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

  • We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier; replacements/refunds are issued once the carrier concludes the investigation.

Returns Due to Shipping Issues

  • Unauthorized returns or refused shipments may incur return shipping fees.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.
