Do you ship worldwide?
Yes — Eastline Performance ships worldwide.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from our U.S.-based facility.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because we process orders quickly, any changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order.
After 12 hours, orders cannot be modified or canceled — but you may return the item for a refund once it arrives.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as PayPal.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed Monday–Friday.
Typical processing time is 1–3 business days, with shipping the following business day.
Processing may take longer during sales or holidays.
How long will shipping take?
Depending on demand and destination, delivery may take 2–4 weeks for standard international shipments.
Domestic U.S. shipping is typically faster.
What if I don’t receive my order?
If your order has not arrived within 30 days after shipment, you are eligible for a full refund.

Prices on our website are listed tax-free in USD.
